Homes in the Idaho Falls area remain in high demand, even with the recent rise in interest rates. Median sales prices for single family homes in Bonneville County have increased an astonishing 45% in 1Q21 vs 1Q20! And reflective of the ‘tight inventories’ you keep hearing about, that’s with approx. 100 fewer homes sold this year vs the same period last year.
