Rancho Via

Rancho Via was first developed in the late 1970s although much of the building was complete in the 1990s.

Location

Rancho Via is located off Sunnyside Road East of 45th E as you head up the hill. The entrance will be on the left. The neighborhood is adjacent to Ammon but is located outside of city limits (in the county).

Features

Rancho Via is easily accessed from town and owners enjoy being outside city limits yet not having to ascent the foohills in the winter driving months.

Homes

Despite the name, homes styles in the neighborhood range widely from single level to multi-level and two-story on 1+ acre lots. Most feature a two-car garage and properties benefit from a community well system. 

Heating is in this neighborhood is often electric.
