Henry’s Canyon is accessed by continuing South on Ammon Road to just before 97th S with the neighborhood entrance on the left (Thumper Lane) The neighborhood is located outside of city limits (in the county).

Homes in this neighborhood are enjoy 8-10 acre lots. The properties do benefit from a community well and maintain their own private septic systems.

Homes are extensive two-story to single story ramblers. Limited livestock is allowed (see neighborhood covenants). Due to the extremly small size of the neighborhood, homes are rarely available on the open market.
