Splendid Acres is nestled at the base of Comore Loma and Solitude Drive is accessced from Marbrisa Ln in the Comore Loma subdivision.

Features

Splendid Acres features grand homes (or small “estates”) on 1+ acre lots. Due to the small number of homes in the subidivsion, they are not often available for sale. As it is a one-street neighborhood that ends in a cul-du-sac, it enjoys privacy and little traffic.

Homes

Home are large one-story ramblers or two-stories, both with a full basement. Homes have a two- to three-car garages and because this subdivision is withing the County, they all have private well and septic.

Heating is in this neighborhood is a mix of natural gas forced-air and electric heat (depending on the age), and many also include central air conditioning.
