Stonehaven

Stonehaven is a subdivision in the City of Ammon that was developed in the last 1990s and building continued through the early 2000s.

Location

Stonehaven is South of Sunnyside and East of Hitt Road, with two entrances from Sunnyside. The neighborhood enjoys all Ammon city services students attend D93 schools.

Features

This neighborhood is a welcome change of pace with high demand for the twin homes in the front half of the subdivision and single family homes in the Southern half. It is conveniently located near the Sandcreek Commons shopping center and the Hitt Road shopping district.

Homes

Home styles are largely single story homes on a 1/4 acre and fairly typical for the area. Twin homes are single level with an attached two-car garage. Homeowners are responsible for their own yard maintenance and snow removal, even those in twin homes. All feature fenced yards.
