QuailRidge Estates is is accessed by traveling East on 21th South from Crowley Road/45th East. The neighborhood lies on both the North and South sides of 21st South past 60th E. QuailRidge is located outside of city limits (in the county).

Homes in this neighborhood are expansive and are typically situated on approximately to 3/4 to 1 acre lots. Properties benefit from public water and sewer systems.

Home styles are largely single story ramblers with some two-story floorplans present. All feature a full basement. Most feature a three-car garage and fencing is restricted (see covenants). Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders.
