Comore Loma was first developed in the mid-1970s and has continually and steadily expanded through the decades. Since 2015 the area has seen an explosion of growth and added divisions on the Eastern and Southern ends and currently extends into five townships.
Location
Comore Loma is located South of 49th S and East of 45th E. It has four main access points – two off 45th E and two off 49th S. The neighborhood is located outside of city limits (in the county).

Homes in this neighborhood are typically situated on up to 1+ acre lots. Properties benefit from a private community well system and homes maintain their own private septic systems. Home values typically run above the average sales price in the country with values reflecting age and condition and newly built homes valuing even higher.

Home styles originally were largely more formal two-story with more recent builds reflecting the popularity of single story homes. All feature a full basement and those that are able to capitalize on the topography enjoy a walk-out basement. Most feature a three-car garage and fencing is restricted. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders.
