Woodland Hills is a newer subdivsion on the Southern end of Ammon. Development first began in the early 2000s.

Woodland Hills is located just off 49th South West of 35th East (Ammon Rd), with its entrance from 49th S. The neighborhood enjoys all Ammon city services students attend the nearby D93 schools.
