Olive Grove & Sunnyside Park

The two neighborhoods of Olive Grove and Sunnyside Park are each essentially one-street divisions. Each have a separate entrance from Sunnyside Road and are connected at the back protions of the subdivisions.

Location

These neighborhoods are accessed from Sunnyside Road to the South between Holmes Ave and the Idaho Canal to the East. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Features

Homes in these neighborhoods are typically situated on 1/4 acre lots. Sunnyside Park was developed in the 1960s and built into the 1990s while Olive Grove was an expansion in the 1990s through early 2000s. The homes on the East portion of Olive Grove back up to the Idaho Canal. Canals in our area often have ‘volunteer’ Russian Olive Trees on their banks.

Home styles both neighborhoods are typically single story ramblers with a full basement and two- to three-car garages with fenced yards. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders.

Heating is in this neighborhood is gas forced air and most feature central air conditioning.
