Carriage Gate began in about 2005 and is one of the subdivisons that is still expanding. This division has a greater variety of home styles than most for our area.
Location
Carriage Gate is located South of Sunnyside and West of Park Ave. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91. Students in this neighborhood attend Skyline HS and Eagle Rock Jr High on the West side, and their feeder elementary schools.

The subdision features a variety of builders and home styles, making it one of the most housing-type diverse neighborhoods in the City. The neighborhood also hosts some of the newer townhomes in town, which seem to be more popular each year.
