Bristol Heights

Bristol Heights is a newer subdivision that was founded in 2005 and the last division was built in 2015.

Location

Bristol Heights is located South of Sunyside and East of Park Ave with it’s entrance off Park Ave. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and popular Sunnyside Elementary school boundaries.

Features

The lots in the neighborhood are typically 1/4 to 1/3 of an acre. The neighborhood enjoys two large water retention areas for drainage and which double as greenspace for the neighborhood.

Homes

Home styles are typically one-story ramblers with an open floor plan and a full basement with three-car garages and fenced yards. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders.

Heating is in this neighborhood is natural gas forced-air and most homes will also include central air conditioning.
