This neigborhood enjoys a unique plat. Most homes on sited on larger lots of 1/3 to 1/2 acre however the central proption of the neigborhood features more turn-key homes with small (less than 1/4 acre) yards to maintain, adding a nice mix of housing options. The neighborhood enjoys a park with play equipment.
