Skyline Terrace and Bonavista were developed in the 1960s and 1970s as the West side continued to expand and functioned as a gateway to the desert site for INL and Navy workers.

These two neighborhoods are located behind Albertson’s on Broadway West of Skyline Road, with entrances from Skyline and Pancheri to the South. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.
Features
These neighborhoods enjoy some of the best walkability in town, to elementary, Jr High and HS campuses as well as the grocery store and the adjacent shopping center.

Home styles are a variety of single and multi-level homes with one- to two-car garages and fenced yards on lots typically under 1/4 acre in size.
