Blue Ridge Estates

Blue Ridge Estates was developed in the early 2000s as the City continued to expand West and remains today a popular neighborhood with west-siders.

Blue Ridge is located South of Pancheri and West of Bellin Rd and has entrances from both. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Features

Blue Ridge Estates is a mix of single family neighborhood with twinhomes backing along Pancheri Road as well as across Pancheri to the North. The townhouses have an HOA. The neighborhood conveniently located near Skyline HS, Eagle Rock Jr High and the area Elemetary Schools.

Home styles are a mix of mulit-level, single level and two-story homes with two- to three-car garages and fenced yards on approx. 1/4 acre lots.
