Location
Snake River Landing is bounded by Pancheri to the North, Sunnyside to the South and the Snake River to the East. The district enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.
Features
Snake River Landing was developed as an Urban Renewal District in Idaho Falls, administered by the Idaho Falls Redevelopment Agency. It consists of a retail, office area and restaurant tenants as well as a mix of 55+ apartments, turn-key single family units and townhomes under construction. Future enterprises entail a new City park along the river and a planned events center along the I-15 frontage. This is a very popular, walkable community that also hosts many outdoor summer events.
