Esquire Acres / Old Fashion

These two neighborhoods were largely built out in the 1960s and 1970s.

Esquire Acres and Old Fashion Way are adjoining neighborhoods located between Broadway on the South and Grandview on the North, Bellin Road on the West and the Battlecreek Canal on the East. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

These neighborhoods are often an entry-level home for homebuyers. This area also enjoys quick access to both the airport and the Interstate, for those that have need to commute for work.
