These neighborhoods are bounded to the North by Grandview Drive, the East by I-15, the West by Skyline Dr and to the south by the commercial properties that face Broadway. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

These areas enjoy easy access to I-15 and the airport, as well as a quick hop to the attractions of Downtown Idaho Falls.

Home styles are a variety of single and multi-level homes with one- to two-car garages and fenced yards on largely 1/4 acre lots.
