Avalon is a small, post-recession subdivion built by Rockwell Homes around 2016.
Location
Avalon is located South of 49th South just off Homes Ave and has one entrance from Holmes to the West. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and popular Sunnyside Elementary school boundaries.
Features
The smaller lots in the neighborhood are about .25 acres, while the cul-du-sac lots and those backing Holmes are typically larger. Avalon is backed to the West by Yorkside and Sunterra, which feature even larger homes.

Home styles are typically one-story ramblers with an open floor plan and a full basement with two- or three-car garages and fenced yards. Homes in this neighborhood were all build by Rockwell Homes.
