Welcome to Park Place!

Like many of the subdivions on the growing South side of town, Park Place is one of the newer subdivisions in Idaho Falls. The subdivison began in the last building peak before the recession and continued to expand in our building boom of recent years. New divisions are still being added in the Western portion of the subdivions. Park Place features homes from multiple builders and townhomes at the entrance.

Location

Belmont Estates is located South of 49th South just off Park Ave (5th W) and has one entrance from Park Ave to the West. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and popular Sunnyside Elementary school boundaries.

Features

The neighborhood enjoys a rambling street path through the various divisions developed over time to slow traffic and many of the streets end in a cul-du-sac.

The Western end of the subdivision is still under development and features the newest homes in the subdivision, most lots are sold out as of 2020.

Homes

Home styles are varied and the origional homes were on slightly smaller lots with two-car garages. Newer homes are largly one-story ramblers with an open floor plan and a full basement with three-car garages and fenced yards. Prices for existing homes start about 20% above the median price for Idaho Falls.

Heating is in this neighborhood is natural gas forced-air and most homes will also include central air conditioning.
