Hallmark Estates

Hallmark Estates is a small, pre-recession subdivion begun around 2006.

Location

Hallmark Estates is located just North of 65th South off Homes Ave and has one entrance from Holmes to the West. The neighborhood is located ouside the city limits of Idaho Falls and within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and popular Sunnyside Elementary school boundaries.

Features

Hallmark Estates features grand homes (or small “estates”) on one-acre lots. Due to the small number of homes in the subidivsion, they are not often available for sale.

Homes

Home are very large and typically one-story ramblers with an open floor plan and a full basement. Homes have a minimum of three-car garages, some have an added shop or detached garage. Because this subdivision is withing the County, they all have private well and septic with Rocky Mountain Power supplying the power services. Contructions was complted by a variety of builders and are largely filled in. Homes range in the neighborhood of 50%+ over the average prices in the county.

Heating is in this neighborhood is natural gas forced-air and most homes will also include central air conditioning.
