Southpoint is located South of 49th South between Homes (1st E) and Park Ave (5th West). The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and popular Sunnyside Elementary school boundaries. The South end of the subdivision now also enjoys egress off Park Ave near 65th S.
Upon entering the neighborhood from 49th S., proceed down the main divided, landscaped boulevard. Most of the streets are smaller and feature cul-du-sacs, limiting the amount of traffic through the neighborhood and maximizing privacy and personal yard space.
The neighborhood enjoys ample green space with 2 storm water retention areas. Observant visitors will notice that each corner along the boulevard is adorned with a paper birch tree clump, which look particularly spectacular in the fall!
