Yorkside Idaho Falls is considered to be one of the premier subdivions on the South side of Idaho Falls. It was begun around 2008 and expansion divisions are continuing on the South end of the subdivison today.

Location

Yorkside is currently accessed from Holmes Ave and the entrance to the Avalon neighborhood or from 49th South through Soupoint or Sunterra. Eventually the development is expected to have a main entrance of 65th S (York Rd) as it continue to expand to the South.

The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and popular Sunnyside Elementary school boundaries.

Like it’s neighboring subdivisons, Yorkside features larger homes that are valued above the median sales price for Idaho Falls and the County.
