Thayer Bridge

Thayer Bridge is the only subdivision in Idaho Falls that is entirely townhomes. 

Location

Thayer Bridge is just North of Sunnyside with it’s sole entrance from Rollandet, across from the SW corner of Tautphaus Park Zoo. 

Features

The entrance to Thayer Bridge is over a canal that is home to a year-round resident mallard duck population! This neighborhood is very ‘turn key’ and all lawn maintenance and snow removal is done by the HOA. With the exception of a few grandfathered units, short-term rentals are not allowed.

Homes

The front section of the neighborhood features two-story townhomes, and the remainder of the neighborhood are twin homes with two-car garages.

Heating is in this neighborhood is natural gas forced-air and most units will also include central air conditioning.
